SUSTAINABILITY, QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

DEPORTES NÁUTICOS CARLOS SERRANO S.L., with more than 30 years of experience providing water activity services in Benidorm, is a company that provides parasailing, banana boat, flyfish, crazy sofa, jet ski rental and skippered boat hire services in Benidorm.

In our day-to-day work we strive to ensure that all work affecting the customer, whether directly or indirectly, is carried out correctly, and to convey to our employees, customers and suppliers the importance of adopting attitudes of respect for and protection of the environment.

The objective is to achieve continuous improvement in our behaviour, better and greater responsibility in the use of water and energy, and proper waste management. We promote energy efficiency and provide solutions to our own matters related to pollution prevention and environmental conservation, as well as working to reduce the consumption of natural resources. Management knows and understands the 2030 Agenda, the SDGs and their 169 targets, and is committed to them, thereby contributing to sustainable development by maximising the positive impacts and minimising the negative impacts that the organisation generates on society, the economy and the environment. The services offered aim to meet customers’ needs efficiently and without compromising the needs of future generations and of the rest of the environment surrounding the organisation.

Management undertakes the commitment to carry out this policy, establishing for this purpose a Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the International Standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. To this end, it has regulated its operation and internal organisation following planned and documented working methods, which will be updated whenever circumstances require and always aimed at the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system, complying with customer requirements and with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to us under the legislation of the European Union, the Spanish State, the Valencian Community and the Municipality of Benidorm, as well as the voluntary commitments made by DEPORTES NÁUTICOS CARLOS SERRANO S.L.

Management takes responsibility for communicating this policy to its staff and customers and ensuring they understand it. Its lines of action are transformed into management objectives and targets, and it is reviewed whenever necessary to adapt it to its purposes.
